Jesus said, "I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of."
John 10:10 MSG
Welcome to
Sundays at The Kings
We are delighted to be able to offer two ways to connect together on Sundays.
In-Person @ 10.30am
On most Sundays, we start our service altogether and then at different points in our service, our kids and youth head to their own space to have their own programme. Usually the first Sunday of the month is a “Life Sunday” where our kids and youth stay in the for the entire service, but some of the service elements are scheduled with the kids in mind and they are given some activities to do during the service. If you’d like to enquire about coming along please contact us by emailing us at hello@thekc.co.uk
Live Stream Online @ 10.30am
Our “in-person” service each week is livestreamed and you can catch that on our Youtube or Facebook channels.

Vision & Values

The ongoing vision of The Kings Church is:

We believe our vision reflects Jesus' teaching on what the greatest of God's commandments are, and we trust that everything we
do at The Kings is based on the heartbeat of "Love God, Love People, Love Life".

To help us do that, we agreed some behavioural principles to guide us in the way we relate to each other. We believe that these are principles found in The Bible, and these are displayed around the church building to remind us that we have agreed to uphold these four values simultaneously.

History & Culture
The Kings is an independent church, which has been well established in the Lanarkshire area for over 30 years.
Over that time we have grown into the multi-racial, multi-generational church that we are today which allows people from all backgrounds to come together to relate to God and to each other.
Our leadership is based on teamwork, with responsibility for the spiritual wellbeing of the church resting with our Overseers team, and our team of Trustees looking after the legal and financial side of the church. These teams work together to provide the overall leadership of the church.
Similarly, other areas of the church are also based on a team approach, including the communication of Sunday messages, worship teams, kids and youth ministries etc, which allows us to use the gifts and talents that God has blessed us with.
We like to use the word "journey" in the context of the Christian life, and therefore we look to the future with the faith and expectation that has always been part of our history.
